RAM Construction & Development, LLC is a limited liability company organized under
the laws of the State of Florida. RAM is co-owned by Alan J. Rogers, President,
and William T. (Bill) Mattice, Sr., Chairman.
Bill Mattice
After 31 years in the banking business, Bill co-founded RAM with Alan Rogers in 2003. Bill's
role in the business is focused around financial and marketing matters, as well as general
company oversight and growth. Bill was born in Tallahassee and attended Leon County public
schools. He earned both under-graduate and graduate degrees in finance from Florida Southern
College and Georgia State University respectively.
Alan Rogers
Alan Rogers has been a state certified contractor (Lic. #CBC 048951) since 1988. He has extensive experience in
commercial and public education planning, construction and maintenance. Alan holds a B.S.
degree in Architectural and Construction Engineering Technology. Alan's primary responsibility
is managing construction operations and client relationships.
Heath Annin
Heath Annin has been a state certified general contractor (Lic. CGC062608) since 2001. He manages and oversees construction projects and project management for the firm while maintaining and cultivating new client relationships. Heath holds a B.S. degree in Architectural and Construction Technology.
By Florida Statute, the construction of projects must be overseen by a licensed general/building contractor. While many companies have a qualifier in their home office, who may not ever see the project, RAM Construction believes that a responsible qualifier should periodically be on site throughout the project. Alan and Heath are both certified general/building contractors and visit the project sites weekly.
