BB&T BANK BRANCHES

Over the course of 8 years, RAM worked on over $10.7 million and 125 thousand SF of work with BB&T Banks, including five new branches, remediation work with branches all over Florida, and new office spaces. The first four new bank branch construction projects consisted of cast in place concrete slab, masonry and EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems) veneer, structural steel and metal stud partitions. Interior finishes include glass curtain wall, carpet and ceramic tile floors, acoustical ceilings and hardwood trim casework. The last, completed in  2012, located in The Villages, consists of a wood-framed structure with a slab on grade, structural steel backbone, and architectural features that follow The Villages theme. Every aspect of this project was carefully planned and executed to produce a quality facility.

The minor project contracts consisted of over 60 individual projects over Southwest Florida. Work included mold and mildew remediation, landscaping/irrigation repairs, conversion of an executive office into 3 smaller manager-type offices, repair, cleaning, minor renovations, roof and gutter repair, and pest-control.  Much of the work was performed after hours and on weekends so as not to disturb normal business operation.
