FLORIDA A&M UNIVERSITY RESTROOM RENOVATIONS

RAM has renovated several restrooms on FAMU's campus, starting in 2017. The first renovation took place in the Foote Hilyer Administration Center to the second floor men’s and women’s restrooms. It included selective demolition and installation of new access panels in ceilings, tile flooring, toilet partitions with new structural supports, countertops and mirrors, adjustments to floor drains, drywall patching and repair, paint, new urinals in the men’s room, sinks, and ten new light fixtures.

During the summer of 2018, work was done concurrently in the Student Center and School of Business and Industry and consisted of renovating the first and second floor men’s and women’s restrooms. Work included selective demolition, new tile floors, repair of wall tiles, new cabinets, new undermount sinks, mirrors, partitions, new ceiling grid and lay-in tile in the SBI building restrooms, light fixtures, ADA grab bars, and painting.
