FLORIDA A&M UNIVERSITY VITICULTURE FIELDHOUSE

This new classroom and office space was constructed for the FAMU Viticulture and Small Fruit Research Center. A 1,722 SF PEMB classroom/laboratory space, 738 SF storage shed, and a paved parking area with bicycle parking were included in the project. Scope of work included extensive Sitework, grading, sediment control, landscaping, stormwater management, framing, standing-seam metal roofing, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical ceiling tile, doors & windows, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
