




FSU DIRAC SCIENCE LIBRARY RESTROOM RENOVATIONS
This project consisted of the complete renovation of four (4) commercial restrooms on two (2) floors. Work was completed in phases, with only one floor being worked on at a time. Any noisy or disruptive work and MEP shutdowns were completed after hours, so as not to disrupt students. Work included, but was not limited to, demolition of existing floor and wall tile and all partitions, mirrors, and countertops, opening of walls for new tempered water line, masonry repairs, installation of new corion countertops and splashes with wood support system, miscellaneous carpentry, installation of new red oak doors and hardware to match existing frames, new automatic door openers, new ceramic and wall tile with stainless schluter trims, drywall, painting, and new toilet partitions.
