FSU FINE ARTS ANNEX STRUCTURAL REPAIRS
This 4,000 s.f. projected consisted of demolition, structural repair, and replacement of the west wall of the Fine Arts Annex building on FSU’s campus. Scopes included demolition, shoring, excavation and installation of helical piles, new concrete slab, masonry to match existing brick, wood framing, installation of new aluminum windows that matched existing, interior finishes, floor repair, HVAC, and electrical work.
