COBB MIDDLE SCHOOL

Work at Cobb Middle School consisted of several renovation, remodeling, and addition projects spanning from 2006 to 2018.  Phases of construction included a waterline replacement, cafeteria/kitchen and choral room additions, and construction of a switchback ramp. The boys' locker room was completely gutted and renovated. A roof replacement included the installation of new single-ply membrane and standing-seam roof materials throughout the campus to guarantee at least twenty years of weather tightness for future students and staff.window replacement. Other scopes of work included new doors/frames/hardware, new casework, flooring, painting, acoustical ceilings, specialties, fire suppression systems, new plumbing piping/fixtures, HVAC equipment, new electrical systems/fixtures, low voltage systems and fire alarm systems.
