GRETCHEN EVERHART SCHOOL

A new 7,700 SF classroom wing was constructed at Gretchen Everhart School in 2012. The building components consisted of reinforced masonry, cast-in-place concrete, brick/precast concrete veneer, structural steel, metal studs/drywall partitions, standing seam metal roof, and commercial finishes. Multiple ADA and patient stations were also included in the construction. Extensive sitework was needed and included the construction of a structural concrete stormwater management facility.
