LIVELY TECHNICAL CENTER
This 62,000 SF HVAC replacement in Building 10 consisted of replacement of fifteen four-pipe, chilled-water and heating hot water air handling units. Existing equipment was removed and replaced like-for-like and included new controls, coil connections, control valves, and associated piping for new coil. This required demolition and removal of old concrete pads and pouring new ones. Additional scope included demolition of small adjacent storage room and demolition and replacment of existing acoustical ceiling tiles and ceiling grid.
