LAKE JACKSON LIBRARY
This project consisted of a 25,000 SF renovation/remodel to the existing Huntington Oaks retail center/Lake Jackson Library. The construction consisted of architectural and structural demolition, extensive exterior façade modifications, light gauge metal framing, drywall installation, aluminum storefront window systems, and new electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Project also included new fire suppression and fire alarm system. New built up roof system was installed over the library space.
