




MADISON COUNTY LEE LIBRARY
This project consisted of a new 5,400 SF county library facility located in the town of Lee in Madison County. The building is slab on grade with structural steel main frame, load bearing exterior metal studs, wood roof trusses, standing seam metal roof, split face block, cement fiber lap siding, with aluminum storefront and windows. Scope of work also included grading, paving, underground utilities, landscaping and irrigation. Interior work consisted of metal studs and drywall, ceramic floor tile, carpet, sheet-rock ceilings, suspended acoustical and wood linear ceilings, paint and wall coverings, millwork, complete plumbing and electrical packages, metal door jambs and wood doors, interior windows, fiberglass and spray applied insulation.
