DR. B.L. PERRY BRANCH PUBLIC LIBRARY
This project consisted of a 3,000 SF expansion to the existing library. The construction consisted of a reinforced concrete masonry unit exterior bearing wall, with light gauge metal framing roof structure, aluminum storefront window systems, electrical and mechanical systems, selective demolition as well as minor renovation of the existing space. Work also included additional paving and striping.
