In 2005, a dining area improvement included a new 60 linear feet metal stud and drywall separation wall. Two ADA compatible doors were installed as well as a new HVAC unit, due to the size of previously utilized units. This project also included installation of VCT flooring and acoustical ceiling tiles.
In 2008, a 15,000 SF metal warehouse addition consisted of steel framing, metal roof and walls, storage shelving, shipping areas, HVAC installation, and concrete floors and support for structural work.
