Centennial Bank Remodel

Details

Utilizing a re-use of an existing bank on Thomasville Road, Centennial Bank required a complete interior renovation of the 60’s era facility. MEP system replacement, finishes, teller casework, and banking equipment were required. The project was completed and operational prior to the completion of the adjacent renovations, requiring an emphasis on functionality and pedestrian safety. Scope of work included the renovation of a bank structure built in 1969 including all new finishes, roofing, mechanical and electrical. Concurrent with the renovation, a 2-story office addition was constructed adjacent to the existing structure. The structure was comprised entirely of light gauge metal framing with a brick veneer and included an elevator, two story foyer, premium casework and trim, and upgraded finishes throughout.
