This massive renovation included a retrofit to meet requirements for work on CNG vehicles and equipment indoors. These mechanical upgrades and renovations included fire alarm upgrades and a building-wide sprinkler system, gas detection, alarm, and emergency operations control system, CNG emergency ventilation system, fume dilution continuous ventilation system, flameless low-temperature (gas catalytic) radiant heating system, enclosed combustion forced air make-up heaters to offset continuous exhaust, electric service upgrade to accommodate increased motor loads for future expansion, and new LED lighting and controls for Parts & Repair Bays. Work on this project also included paving the parking area surrounding the facility and upgrades to the office area.
