U-HAUL RETAINING WALL

This project consisted of the construction, build, and repair of a 20 feet tall by 92 linear feet retaining wall along the property’s southern border. The retaining wall had been gradually rotating outward up to 12 inches past vertical at its worst point. First a steel tube was anchored to the wall and concrete to prevent further collapse, then a system of tiebacks was used to permanently repair the wall. Scopes of work included concrete and masonry, sitework, metals, and carpentry.
